For the record, I got nothing done from my last post. Fail.
This week has been a week of baking and nesting for me. Not so much crafting. But I do have several projects in mid-completion, one that I whipped together and is SUPER basic, but very nicely constructed (I'm counting it as a win!), and several ideas percolating.
I also got a job today, but training won't begin until the end of March, and it won't be full-time until the end of May. Hopefully the correlation of "having a job" and "still having lots of free time" will get me out of this emotional slump, and back to a good place. This is what I'm working towards.

To-Do List Tuesday?
I can never figure out how people give those neat, concise titles to days of the week. Do you just throw words at a day until something sticks? (I'm pretty sure that's the origin of Twitter's Music Monday.) If you're going for a particular theme, is it time to buddy up with a thesaurus? What's a synonym for "productive" that starts with T? (Thesaurus.reference.com says -- "teeming". Wah-wah.)
This morning I blog-hopped around, adding crafts blogs to my reading list willy-nilly. My goal is to comment on at least two blogs per day -- I am a certified lurker, and that needs to stop! Now I've got a long list of reading, and shall certainly find at least two posts that move me to comment.
To-Do List:
1. tidy living room
2. make a cute sleep mask
3. put away yesterday's laundry
4. make giraffe and octopus closet door signs
5. stay in PJs as long as possible
Five is a nice number for lists, I believe. I do feel a bit of a bum with #5 on there -- I set my alarms for 8am, was up to see the Ladyfriend off at 6am, but both times conked right back out and didn't leave the bedroom unti 10:30. Lazy! I need to get into a routine. Maybe that'll be on next week's to do list. :)

Past Crafts
Well I haven't really kept great records of my past projects, but I do have a few photos.
This is my adorable corkboard! Doesn't everyone have one of these by now? :) Mine is pretty basic, but I really had fun twisting the small ribbons into a little flower around the elephant button up at the top. And this fabric has to be the best in the world!
And these lovely cupcakes are hanging above my sink right now. At the old house we had a small window behind the kitchen sink, but at our current apartment it's just a gap in the cupboards and an ugly florescent light. Yuck yuck yuck! But this cheerful print just really made it feel a lot more homey.
Miss Annabelle, my darling dog, giving me her opinion on the tied-fleece blanket we were making for a friend. Annabelle's opinion basically boiled down to "you should give it to me instead!" Spoiled dog already has three blankets, and we only just this week re-claimed our only queen sized blanket from her.
And . . . that's it. For now, at least. I have a shirt that I made for a friend from a pattern I created, but I haven't taken any pictures yet. Since I'll be making her a second one as well, I figure I'll just take process pictures and have them in a post of their own!
